Despite my education, I owe it to my struggles with my family, not their support. What's the point of being great to the world if you're made to feel small at home? The irony is, I save everyone else and fix their problems, but I can't save myself in my own house. Family either builds greatness or creates lifelong trauma. So, how can I improve this relationship? Instead of constantly walking on eggshells or getting dragged into endless blame and defensiveness? 😓

Idk what to do today is the worst day of my life, and i hate that i know that well . I also hate that I'm still getting affected by this. I thought i rly won't care anymore. But unfortunately, i care . I thought i moved on and buried it forever. Idk to say details, but it's like meeting a truama again feels like I'm at the exact same moment. And I'm acting exactly like a child. i can't stop crying. i hate that do much . I didn't change anything like i promised myself I'm still that weak child i hate my life . I wish i was never born, as he told me . He was right .

I used to be one of the top students in my class, especially in the mathematics track, but suddenly my academic performance dropped. What’s frustrating is that every time I face an exam paper, I often feel like I actually know how to answer, yet something happens and I can’t respond properly. There was even a test that was very easy—one I had solved before—yet during the exam, I couldn’t answer it at all. I don’t fully understand what is happening to me, and that’s what makes it more difficult. I’m currently seeing a psychologist, and I’ve discovered that I may be dealing with multiple past traumas, which might be affecting my performance. I’m looking for honest advice. Has anyone gone through a similar phase—where they suddenly dropped after being a high achiever—and then managed to return to their previous level? If so, I would really like to know what helped you overcome it.
